Combi drills are the all rounder drills that you have for all purposes. As a result combi drills typically come with a steeper price tag. This is generally worth it for the increased functionality. The vast majority of combi drills come with hammer functionality so there is both impact and rotational force available.

Given their ability to operate on most materials such as wood, metal and masonry and abilities to hammer, drive and drill with all of the convenience of not needing to change tools. It is a must have for all sheds and trades people.

It includes a 2-speed gearbox and variable speed by trigger which allows you to tailor the speed and torque of the drill to the application and material. You can also reverse rotation for removing screws.

I have always purchased Bosch battery drills for work & have to say this is by far the best so far. It came with two batteries which makes life much easier being able to change batteries & carry on working instead of having to waste time waiting for a recharge. The drill is smaller than my last one & certainly lighter so makes for easier handling & it's definitely more powerful. Excellent performance whether drilling brickwork, steel or fixing screws. The twin speeds & torque settings are perfect for what I use & I would highly recommend this Bosch drill

It's DeWalt, Says it all. I decided to upgrade from my old 18 volt XRP DeWalt to the 18 volt Lithium battery powered one. It looks tiny, like a toy, but this is no toy My old one would drill through brick, block anything practically. This one feels more powerful at a fraction of the weight.

Fantastic quality product, used it to construct a garden shed, which was made so easy with this Makita drill / driver. So glad I chose this particular one, as others from other manufacturer's were nowhere near as good. The small torch type light, makes things so much easier to see when you are working in dark corners.
