The Festool edge bander KA 65 Plus delivers precise edging for wood, plastic and laminate materials with clean, controlled glue application. Its ergonomic design, patented cartridge gluing system and easy‑clean nozzle ensure efficient, consistent results without overheating or adhesive discolouration. Suitable for straight, curved and angled edges from 0°–47°, it handles edge heights of 18–65mm and thicknesses from 0.5–3mm. Supplied with a front handle, four EVA adhesive cartridges and a Systainer SYS3 M 337, it performs both mobile and stationary edging tasks with accuracy and reliability.

The Festool 577837 KA 65-Plus CONTURO 240V 1200W Edge Bander is a perfect tool for professional carpenters, kitchen fitters and furniture makers. This tool will allow you to affix wooden, plastic or laminated plastic edging to panel materials. This will not only make workpieces sturdier and more durable but also give them a pristine, clean finish. The nozzle system is easy to clean so the machine housing will not overheat and the adhesive just melts, it does not boil and so discolour or deteriorate. The ergonomic design makes it both comfortable and easy to use while giving you a clear view of the workpiece. It comes with four EVA adhesives, a front handle and a Systainer SYS3 M 337.

  • Straight, curved and mitred edges For attaching edging to rectangular components, inner corners, curves, radii, convex and concave shapes. Internal radius up to 50 mm; minimum external radius of 25-30 mm. Gluing inclined edges at an angle of 0 - 47°.
  • Mobile or stationary: The CONTURO is suitable for mobile or stationary use: Attachment of edging to mitred surfaces is even possible (angle 0° - 47°) in stationary use. When used as a mobile machine, it can rapidly perform rework on site.
  • Suitable for all standard edge materials, from wood and plastic to melamine. For edge heights of 18-65 mm and edge thicknesses of 0.5-3.0 mm.
