However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receipt. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier.
We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are unused and returned to us in sellable condition and if possible, with their original packaging.

We will refund the total cost of the goods. We can arrange upliftment of the items at an extra charge.
If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt on 053 916 8972 or email@example.com quoting your original invoice number.
Tool Depot Ireland will arrange the upliftment of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects, we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible, please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event your product develops a fault within the warranty period but after our 14 day no quibble return period, and Tool Depot Ireland handles your warranty procedure on your behalf, a handling charge will apply and must be paid by the customer.
