Having owned the KS60 for a few weeks now, I couldn't be happier with it's performance. I have cut a fair few mitres on window beads and even picture frames - and the machine cuts at a precise 45 straight out of the box. Everything else about this machine is a pleasure to use and it's nice to have a tool you can trust, without having to constantly check that everything is as it should be. I was skeptical about the spotlight, but this also turns out to be a clever solution for lining up a cutline. As opposed to lasers, the spotlight creates a shadow of the blade kerf on the workpiece, meaning it can never go out of alignment, and gives an exact location of the cut you are going to make. Of course it's not totally necassary, but does help speed things up if you've got a lot of cuts to make.
