The Makita HS012GZ01 40V 165mm Circular Saw Makpac 3. For professional carpenters and kitchen fitters that need to make long cuts in thick boards, this is an ideal cordless power tool. The brushless motor gives it excellent power and allows it to generate a no-load speed of 5,200rpm while the constant speed control maintains this performance. Both these features allow the saw to work quickly and efficiently in thick wooden boards.

To aid with accuracy there is an LED job light with afterglow and pre-glow functions that illuminate the cut line and also a metal guide. Should the saw unexpectedly jam during operation the electric brake will kick in to prevent injury. Sold as a bare unit without batteries or chargers but it does come with a Makpac type 3 case for storage and transport.
